Situated in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood, with lots of room for fun, this home promises to be the perfect getaway! It’s located 12 minutes from Magnolia and the rest of downtown Waco!

Sister Trip

We had so much fun staying here! The home was clean and well furnished with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Hannah is a great host and responds to communications quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip to Waco

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful property. We look forward to getting the opportunity to stay at this VRBO in the future. We felt like the house was ours as soon as we got settled in. Our son lives in Waco and we had previously stayed at hotel. We look forward to attending some future Baylor sporting events and staying at the chalk hill VRBO

We will be back!

Our family came together to witness my son taken an oath of office. It was my parents, my husband‘s parents, and the two of us plus our two dogs. There is a small dog run to the side of the house that was wonderful to let the dogs run safely outside. The home was very open and allowed for a lot of community time together around the kitchen island and the living room. My son and a couple of his friends came over for lunch and the open space was very accommodating for all. We walked in the morning a loop around the neighborhood and it was lovely. The owners were very quick to communicate and respond if we had any questions.

Lovely!

This house was perfect for our girl's weekend in Waco! The home is clean, beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The host is fantastic and very responsive. She made us feel welcome from the start. I would definitely book here again. Five stars all around!
