Welcome to our latest property — the Fully Renovated "Patriot Outpost"!

This century-old house boasts a complete American-themed design, featuring brand-new renovations such as original wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, new HVAC, plumbing, and electric systems.

The master suite includes a private bath with bidet seats in both bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while the overflow back bedroom features twin over twin bunk beds. The house also offers a full laundry room.

Designed for 6 guests, it can comfortably accommodate 8, with a small additional charge per person per night.

The backyard is fully fenced and secure, with a 7-foot wood fence and a locking, sliding gate for parking two vehicles. Additional curbside parking in front is well-lit and safe.

Please note that the entry driveway is double-width sized, with the left side for our use and the right side for our neighbor. Temporary parking is permissible for unloading and loading at the front entry. Secured parking for 2 vehicles behind sliding driveway gate in back

Equipped with a 60-inch smart TV with a subwoofer and surround sound in the living room, a separate dining area for up to eight people, a breakfast nook for four, a large covered front porch, and a covered back patio with a gas grill — this house is designed to make your stay truly memorable!

Cool place

House is nice, and in a pretty good place. It was easy to get to places around. My only complaint was the cleanliness of some the amenities. The bathrooms didn’t seem like they had been thoroughly cleaned and there were some things in the kitchen (i.e. cups and the coffee pot) that hadn’t been cleaned and were put in the pantry. Other than that it was a great stay!

While we may not operate like an on-site, fully staffed hotel, we're readily available to address any issues, answer questions, or resolve problems that may arise during your stay, with local staff generally accessible.
