My wife and 2 of my adult sons were there for the July 4th weekend. We could walk 10 minutes to the lake and Lakewood Park and 10 minutes the other way to get to restaurants. Grocery was within a 3 minute drive, so were Donuts! The night of the 4th, we put some chairs in the front yard and watched fireworks going off in Lakewood Park. Chris was very responsive especially when I left my shoes! We did have a non issue problem with the front door, and Chris offered to send some one out to fix it, on the 4th! Since, it didn't really affect our stay or plans, we didn't bother.Beds were comfy, AC worked great, made a few things in the kitchen, had offstreet parking in the back of the house (although there was plenty of space on the street). And yes, we would stay there again. Thanks for the comfortable stay!
