Thank you for choosing Beach House - Reel Em Inn and for sharing your feedback. We're glad your family could be together right on the beach and that the location worked well for your multi-generational group. We're sorry the beds were uncomfortable and the stacked washer/dryer felt inefficient. We understand how those issues can impact a stay, and we've shared your comments with the owner, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for review. For future stays, please call or text during your visit so our team can try to help quickly with mattress toppers, extra linens, or laundry guidance. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

Family Celebration Trip

The house was wonderful. All the rooms are as pictured. The lower deck area is wonderful. The beds were comfortable but on the harder side. Coffee pot was nice. Not a big deal but no Keurig option. One of the king bedrooms is on main floor by kitchen while all other bedrooms are upstairs. Laundry room was great to have to bring home clean clothes.
