Excellent location on the river and a perfect place to watch space launches. Property convenient to walk to downtown restaurants. Property has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Overall, excellent property and value for the money.

Cute, well appointed condo. Nautical theme decor is very well done. Especially getting the large body of water right out the front door. Best part is downtown is just a block away. Can walk to Broad street diner for breakfast or catch some theater at the playhouse. Repeat guest and will be staying again.

The property is clean and spacious with fun decor. It is ideally situated for us as we visit the Orlando Wetlands for birding as well as very close to Merritt Island. If there is a launch at Cape Canaveral you only need to go outside to the parking lot to see across the water.

We had a wonderful time in The Dolphin Flat and wish we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable and was well stocked. Captain Mitch was a delight and such a wonderful person.

We've stayed here before. The house is great. Clean, had everything we needed and close to the activities we were interested in. Great communication with the owner too. Would highly recommend.

The host had excellent communication before, during and after the stay. They went our of their way to inform us on the rocket launch schedules/changes and local attractions that might interest us. The VRBO was clean, tidy and ready for check in as promised. Would absolutely stay here again if travel brings me back to this area.

It was great! We stayed here so we could visit NASA. Capt. Mitch reached out the morning we were leaving to let us know about a launch. We were able to step out of the vrbo and watch it from the parking lot! What an amazing experience. This vrbo is conveniently located to many restaurants. (Walking distance to dinner). We stayed 2 nights & I highly recommend it.

Fantastic apartment. Clean, comfortable, spacious and wonderfully decorated with memorabilia and antiques. The host, Capt Stan, checked in on us and made great recommendations for activities to do in the area. It’s important to know this apartment is right on the river with a direct view of Cape Canaveral launch pads where we watched the launch of the Artimus II in a private courtyard. We can’t wait to return soon for a week.

The property is clean, comfortable and ideally located to explore the area. Capt Mitch is friendly and accommodating, checking in to see we were comfortable and offering full use of the patio to enjoy a launch.

Great Place to stay!

We were only able to stay 3 nights, but are already plotting our next trip for longer. We had everything we needed and so close to the bridge onto Merritt Island and to the bike trails. Watched a rocket launch one evening and spent the days birdwatching at the NWR. Great spot to watch a sunrise too.
