Amazingly comfortable padded rocking chairs on the balcony where you can listen to the waves, see the beautiful sunrises and dolphins, and get that home away from home feel. This is not your typical beach condo room... come and see why! We provide many items to make your stay fun and carefree - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small ice chest, binoculars, games, books, wine bottle insulated carrier, and much more. This is decorated and comfortable as a home away from home - not a sterile hotel room. We are the owners and love this unit and are here to answer questions and be available. It's like staying at a friend's place.

Quieter condo building with just 4 units per floor. It's your own oasis with the most spectacular views, esp at sunset and sunrise. See fireworks on the beach from your balcony throughout the year.

KEYLESS LOCK ENTRY - no wasting time at a front desk or lobby, go straight to your room and start your vacation!

INSIDE - full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, baking dishes, pans, plates, platters, toaster, blender, microwave, and more. Linens and basic toiletries provided. (bath and beach towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc). Unit has WIFI and Smart TVs with Roku in bedroom and living room, over 500 channels, a safe, brand new couch/sleeper sofa with Queen gel memory foam mattress, dining table to enjoy meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot (cone filters), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryer and a standing towel warmer to keep swimsuits and towels warm and dry.

King bedroom suite - and oh that bedroom! Very elegant and a true getaway. Storage under the bed for your large luggage pieces so you can unpack and settle in. Plenty of drawer space.

Custom granite bar area IN the condo - with barstools, glasses, ice bucket, wine opener, Bose speaker for music. This is a real date place for a romantic getaway.

RESORT AMENITIES - Outdoor and indoor heated pools and hot tubs, on-site gym in your building, two lush lawns with lounge chairs and picnic tables, laundry room uses coins or app pay, drop off luggage circle with luggage carts available, multiple elevators, covered parking, vending machines in building. Showers on the private boardwalk to the beach so you can rinse off.

The Palms Resort, 14th floor
Walking distance to many dining options and main attractions. Just blocks from the main Boardwalk. Perfect location to be close to the activity BUT far enough away to be peaceful. Only 4 condos per floor, quiet and more private than most. See Broadway at the Beach fireworks from the front balcony and the pier fireworks from the ocean front balcony during the peak seasons. Several restaurants 2-3 blocks away, many on 21st Ave, we are on 24th.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Ave, which may result in some construction noise on the pier during standard working hours by the city. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

No smoking and no pets allowed on premises per HOA rules. Immediate eviction and $500 fine if smoking OF ANY TYPE occurs.

Pest control comes the 2nd Tuesday of every month, please let them in when they knock, takes just a few min.

One parking pass included on the fridge. Display in your vehicle while using parking garage, return to fridge before leaving. No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts per HOA rules.
