Centrally located near lots of fun little shops and family friendly things to do. The home was clean and has lots of sleeping options for my kids and I while there. They loved the extra large couch and made lots of pillow forts. Home has lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to utilize as well.
This cottage is well kept and clean. Casey was wonderful with communication. I used to live in this home and was happy to see it updated while maintaining the historic charm.
The host was extremely accommodating to my special situation with wanting to check-in at a certain time. She was very responsive and answered all my questions thoroughly. The property was well kept and very clean. It sits in the perfect place to be quiet but close to what you need.
This house was absolutely gorgeous and was a perfect fit for my little family. Very safe location and the screened in porch was perfect to let my toddlers out to play without worry of them getting into the road. For the month and a half that we stayed for work this was a perfect home away from home. 11/10 would stay again
Very disappointed. Location was good but access not very good. Worst VRBO I've experienced.

Hi Neely, that feedback really surprised us. We did not get any questions during your visit. We guided you through the check-in process and the booking was discounted. To say we were your worst VRBO experience really hurts us as a small local Superhost and Priemer host. You gave us 5 starts on everything else but yet a 6/10. You provided no actual feedback on why it was not a good experience. How disappointing.
We couldn’t find switches to turn on the overhead light in the living room or the outdoor lights. The space is well kept. The furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We were not aware of the rear steps to get in.

Adorable, clean, and convenient! The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this place!
This is a cute little house and a great place to stay. The older house features are charming. Great porch, great sofa (seriously need one just like it for myself!). Beds were okay if a little firm. Really love having laundry available. Location was incredible for access to Augusta.Negatives (none of which can be controlled by the owner, but might help future visitors):-We weren’t aware that the main entrance is the back deck. The steps were a challenge for my 69-year-old mom.-The house is right on a fairly busy road, so there’s a lot of road noise - especially in the bedroom on that side of the house. It gets better later in the evening, but could be an issue for a light sleeper.-There’s a massive floor vent/grate in the hall between one bedroom and the bathroom, which is interesting to navigate during a 2-am bathroom run.Overall, lovely stay. None of the negatives would prevent me from visiting again, just wanted to make others aware in case it makes a difference for them.
Lovely little home with all the charm. Close to everything but lots of privacy. Our host was fabulous and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Overall the stay was great. Great size and plenty of space to spread out. Only two concerns:1. mold on the bathroom window and in the washing machine - we had a feeling humidity was hard to control. 2. The driveway was okay to navigate with our SUV but it would be quite rough in a sedan or smaller car.
We stayed here for my granddaughter's graduation. Easy to find, and Good location. Very quite neighborhood. Casey was very quick with responses. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, but maybe could use a couple more towels. This was a very nice stay and we will use it again when she graduates from college.
This house is precious! It was very clean, the front porch was cozy and relaxing! You’re within MINUTES to everything. Shopping, eating, just across the river is downtown Augusta. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

The front covered screen porch with the chairs and table was perfect, especially through the thunder and lightning storm. The setting was perfect. The stained glass window in the dining area is breathtaking. Maybe it's because I just like older houses like this. The huge back porch with chairs and the parking area was perfect. I come here every so often. I'll definitely come back.
Casey is fantastic!! She replies quickly to any questions you may have. She's so accommodating as well. The cottage description on the site is accurate. Huge backyard & back porch for family to relax & enjoy one another.
I loved the house. We stayed here before. You have no control over the thermostat, you have to email them and they will give you a code still not user friendly. The tv is complicated to the point it’s not worth spending so much time finding a channel. Suggestion maybe place directions on the coffee table?

Hi Kimberly, thank you for the feedback. We will put more information on the TV at the house on the table. We will also send a reminder to tenants that the code on the thermostat is 1994. We do hope that we can continue to improve and make accommodations for everyone. Thank you
This cute lil vintage property was spacious and darling in style vibe. The living room had a large comfy sofa, and the beds in the bedroom were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing that could have used more attention was the bathtub, which I ended up scrubbing cause it was a tad dirty. The other minor thing that could improve the usability of the kitchen is having more ceramic or glass bowls. There was 1 large ceramic bowl, but the rest were plastic. The house is next to a road that is slightly busy, so I generally parked in the back which was easier. There are a few shopping complexes 4min drive away. Overall I would say that this house is a nice place to stay, my minor quibbles are easy fixes!
Beautiful little vintage 2BR, 1 BA brick cottage with original wood floors, back deck, and screened front porch. Despite being on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet and felt secure. Just minutes away from downtown Augusta, shopping, and restaurants, you couldn’t ask for a better location! The beds were super comfy. Bedding was soft and cozy. Full kitchen with original cupboards, porcelain drainboard sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, new electric range and refrigerator/freezer allowed me to cook for myself, family & friends. Ceiling fans in all the rooms helped the A/C keep it cool despite very hot days and high humidity. Plenty of seating in the living room for our family movie night! Bathroom was vintage with penny tiles on the floor and a bathtub/shower. Plenty of hot water too!
Suggestions: I donated pull chains for the fans in LR, kitchen, and one bedroom so I could control fans & lights separately. Task lighting was a little sparse - but night lights were strategically placed where needed most. A small kitchen table and chairs would keep guests from eating in the living room! Nightstands in the back bedroom and a rod and hangers in the closet would make it perfect. Loved having a smart tv in that room for sure!
Regardless, the host was amazing and I will definitely book again for my next trip to visit my son. Loved it. ❤️👌🥰
I stayed here for 10 days during Peach Jam. I can honestly say that it was a perfect place to stay for this event. Peach Jam and the Convention Center were 7 minutes away!
About the Managers:
Casey and her partner were available 24-7 for any questions/issues we had. A storm took out the wifi at 10 pm and they offered to fix it that night. They had a new one installed the next morning. We needed paper towels and Casey sent an Uber to bring everything we needed that day. When I wanted a brighter outside light, it was changed in 2 hours. She regularly sent me information on what we could do in the area with our extra time and answered all the questions we had! Both property managers were beyond expectation!
The rental:
The house is a 2 bedroom cottage and it is wonderful. Air conditioning was great, ceiling fans in every room and everything needed in the bathroom/living area. The beds were very comfortable. The property sits on a wooded lot and there is shade most of the day. The neighborhood is in a safe area. There is a Kroger, Aldi, and Starbucks around the corner along with a few parks and restaurants. The best part was being able to use the kitchen during Peach Jam. I saved a lot of money not having to eat out unless we wanted to.
I have zero bad things to say about this property and its managers after staying here for 10 days. I highly recommend it and will book it again if I am back in the area North Augusta area!
