Tive bons dias no ap. Só tenho a reclamar dos sofás da sala que são bem desconfortáveis e estão precisando de uma reforma e também dos chuveiros aquecidos, pois ou a água fica quente(pelando) ou fria. O restante do ap é tudo de bom.

Imóvel excelente, bem como sua localização. Porém, faltam alguns ajustes no mobiliário que em contato com a imobiliária, disseram que iriam resolver, bem como os chuveiros. Mas no mais ficamos satisfeitos.

Nos surpreendemos com o imóvel, muito bom e confortável. Vista boa da varanda para a praia, mesmo parcial da pra ver bem . Sugestões de melhoria: chuveiros oscilam muito nao conseguimos temperar ou era mto quenteou gelado, mais utensilios na cozinha, e colocar tv a cabo. mas fica em um ponto excelente da praia so atravessar a rua e esta na praia.

Apartamento muito bom e bem localizado, bom preço . Porém as camas box parecem tábuas, faltam acessórios nos banheiros, nos quartos não tem nenhum espelho. O apartamento que nos foi entregue é diferente do que foi mostrado no link (sem máquina de lavar, armários nos banheiros, mesa na cozinha), o do link era completo. Não adiantou reclamar, se quer melhor pague mais caro. 2 estrelas por esses inconvenientes.

RISCO DE MORTE NO CHUVEIRO,DESACONSELHAVEL

estive hospedado neste imovel,baseado na avaliação dos hospedes anteriores,fiquei EXTREMAMENTE decepcionado,senti uma má vontade e despreso por parte do Sr. Bruno,quando fui pegar as chaves,e eram 3 chuveiros dentre os quais apenas umfunciona,inclusive em um deles desce agua quente e por cima( onde se muda a posição inverno verão) desce agua fria,o que causa risco de eletrocução a quem estiver tomando banho,REPORTE,ao sr bruno,o que me avisou de ultima hora,que era só acionarmos a EQUIPE DE MANUTENÇÃO)QUE PIADA,a tal equipe só trabalha até as 16 horas da sexta( se eu chego para o apto e de viagem as 18,como podem eles trabalharem só até as 16,e o sabado,e o domingo?)resumindo 6 pessoas tendo que usar apenas UM CHUVEIRO,isso é pensão ou apto?pagamos para ter o apto limpo,e o fogão estava sujo,piso sem varrer,cheios de poeira. A resposta do sr bruno,que com a mesma má vontade anterior,não atendeu as ligações e só amandou uma msg:"ESPERO QUE VOCE NÃO FIQUE ABORRECIDO POR ISSO E TENHA UM BOM FINAL DE SEMANA"parece piada,ah,e sem falar que ,eu perguntei,TEREI QUE LEVAR ROUPA DE CAMA( pois em hospedagem em outros aptos,em que minha familia ficamos não era preciso)ele não respondeu a nenhum dos email,resultado:tivemos que comprar roupa de cama,para 6 pessoas,é uma total falta de compromisso para com quem esta locando um imovel. EU E MINHA FAMILIA,NUNCA MAIS IREMOS LOCAR COM O SR,e desaconselho a qualquer um a fazer, pola sua falta de compromisso em solucionar os problemas.

Eu e minha família ficamos neste apartamento em Maio de 2015, adoramos o espaço, os quartos são muito bem ventilados, os banheiros bem espaçoso, a cozinha e lavanderia super equipadas! Nos sentimos em casa, não faltou nada! Sem contar a localização q foi perfeita!!! Com certeza pretendo voltar!!!!
