This rental was perfect for our needs. The unit was in a convenient location, attractively furnished, comfortable, and thoughtfully provisioned. Kerryn was very helpful throughout and easy to work with. The balcony view of the turtle pond was pleasant because it also attracted interesting birds. The pool and court were just across the street. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Rehoboth Beach

Kerryn’s place is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with Kerryn was easy and clear- she is a lovely host. The location is great - easy access to town and to Rte 1. The development is very nice and has a pool and tennis courts. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Great place!

Beautiful property. Very clean. The development sits just outside of the Rehobeth beach boardwalk area, but is easy to access via bike or healthy walk. The owners were wonderful and communicative. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Great location and Great Price!

This condo was in the perfect location! The pool and basketball court are across the street, plus not too far from the beach/boardwalk. This condo was spotless when we arrived. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to rent again!

Beach week

The condo is in a quiet location away from the busy downtown which we enjoy. We were able to book a cruise in Dewey, shop at the outlets, play at Funland, spend a day at the water park, but local produce and treats at the farmers market, visit the creative market, and swim in the pool and ocean many times.

Perfect Condo is accurate!

We had a very enjoyable stay and the Condo was perfect. Everything was as advised and it was in a beautiful community setting. Short Drive to Rehoboth and with the owners help, we navigated the parking quite easily. Get the Parking App on your phone if you can. That was a big help. Would love to stay here again in the near future

Perfect Location

Very close to town and right across from the beautiful pool! The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. You do have to remember to bring your own towels and sheets. Because I didn’t know to bring our log in (passwords) information for Netflix, etc., (I may have missed where they told us to bring it), we had very few tv options in the evening. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

I’m gonna sound like a broken record here, but Kerryn and Wade‘s condo was perfect. Very comfortable, easy access to condo, very clean, location could not have been any better and most of all I think Kerryn and Wade must’ve thought about every possible thing a visitor to their condo would possibly need. This place was very well supplied and stocked. This is our third time staying in Grand Canal pointe but the first time in Kerryn and Wade‘s condo. This will be our new yearly place to stay in Rehoboth Beach.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! We've stayed here a couple years now and definitely plan on returning again. The owners are great to work with and the property is super clean. Pools across the way and conveniently located close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

Loved it! The location was fantastic, and the condo was stocked VERY well, making packing easy

Very easy to find a place that suited our needs, compare several options, and book the one right for us. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions, and gave many helpful tips of things to do in the area. They stocked the condo with little things like dish soap, toilet paper, plastic bags, spices, etc. that made packing easy. Our 9 and 12 year olds loved the place as much as we did!
