This is a wonderful condo, too much to list. I have to say the pool is magnificent right on the beach where we watched many beautiful sunsets.

Loved the location. Quiet but close to town so convenient to restaurants and night life. Had an excellent time!! Would highly recommend.

Tai Beach

A great location. On the beach with views to the South West over the pool. There is a maintenance person on site almost daily. There are plenty of plates and cutlery. Pots and pans are poor. The parking area is outdoors with plenty of space and gated. There Is A rack to purchase bottled water for 40 pesos on the ground floor although I believe with the addition of a UV sterilizer and regular testing the water could be potable. We had difficulty getting hot water to tha bedroom closest to the entrance. The sofa needs replacing. No washer and dryer.
