This apartment is in the heart of everything! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit, which made our stay super convenient. One of the highlights was the boulangerie just across the street—perfect for grabbing fresh bread and croissants each morning. The space itself was comfortable and spacious enough for all six of us to move around easily without feeling cramped. The only downside was that the washing machine had an error code and couldn’t be repaired during our stay, so we weren’t able to do laundry. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. We'd definitely stay here again for the location and comfort!
It was a comfortable apartment, with 3 bedrooms for our 4 person family. Everyone had their own private space which is nice when you need a break from each other at the end of the day! It is small compared to homes in the US, which is pretty typical for Paris, but you won’t be spending much time in the apartment anyway. Full kitchen and a washer/dryer (which was broken when we were there, but parts had been ordered for repair). The interior felt a bit dated, but it was clean and had everything we wanted. Overall good experience, killer location, and property management was very responsive. I will note that the WiFi is very slow.

Great location. The ‘renovated’ bathroom was appalling- mould and dirty, despite smelling of bleach. Caked on soap scum.Crumbs and dirt around kitchen floor, repair and painting supplies still present in apartment. I believe a water leak had been repaired.Unreliable wifi, despite efforts of local manager who was responsive. However this issue has clearly been ongoing. No street view or outlook. Very hot through the summer. No aircon. Fans supplied were helpful but dirty. Dust piles under beds. Some personal items of owners or previous guests in bathroom and kitchen, including half a packet of toilet wipes. Absolutely no supplies - no dishwashing detergent, minimal toilet paper, not a single tea bag.Washing machine was helpful- no drying rack available to hang clothes out.I wrote to the property manager- All Luxury Apartments after our stay giving feedback and sharing our concerns of this apartment being rented. I have not had a reply from them.
