Great location and overall stay. The home is clean, lovely, spacious with everything you need. We enjoyed the pool, porch, balcony and the easy walk to the river and Schlitterbaun. Wonderful host Cathy always responded quickly with a couple of questions I had. Smoothest check in and out I’ve ever had. 5 stars isn’t enough. Will plan to stay again.

Great place. Everything we needed, plenty of room, and a great location. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a powder room. There is a diner across the street and a burger/ice cream place next door. Easy access to everything in town. The host was great and very responsive.

They truly thought of everything. The house was spectacular and we loved all the porches the house had. My family came for my daughter's graduation from Texas State University and everyone loved the house. It is the perfect location, walking distance to Schlitterbahn, the river, and restaurants. We are already making plans to return in the summer. The host was always available and answered any questions we had. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were and they loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom.

The house was very clean, beautiful, spacious, and fit everybody in the family 10 people! The kitchen was fantastic, large counter space, all appliances and features were fully functional and high-quality! There was plenty of seating for everybody. The upstairs was comfortable the beds were premium, including the bedding, which was really soft with warm sheets, and duvet cover. Having a bathroom and all the rooms except the bunkbed room, was very inconvenient and everything was extremely clean!Heated pool was very heated!! The property itself was really well-maintained. The patio was great to lounging plenty of seating. There’s lots to do in the area that is walkable like the park around the corner with the Comal river, the ice cream shop next-door to the house, lots of parking for everyone’s car. The area felt very safe and calm. The downtown for Christmas season is decorated really nicely and we went to the skating rink nearby for the kids! Great house for the value! Will definitely recommend and stay again!!

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It is absolutely stunning and a perfect location with plenty of parking. The home is well equipped and probably the most comfortable beds ever. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The house was perfect inside and outside. The kitchen had everything imaginable to use from utensils, pots, casserole dishes and bowls. Plenty of space for the six adults and 5 kids ages 4-9. Upstairs perfect play area for all the toys and dolls and they even have a Pac Man machine.
