Welcome to your dream home away from home inside the private gated community of Cumbrian Lakes! Offering the comfort of being at home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The Smithaven provides a lifestyle of luxury and convenience. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10-12 guests, placed in a prime location about 15 minutes (8.8 miles) to Disney World and very close to all other major attractions. Our bright open floor plan ensures that your family and friends can gather around and share memorable moments effortlessly!

Our sleek, modern, and fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, center island with integrated electrical outlets, breakfast nook, and a breakfast bar for additional seating. All cooking essentials are provided. Great space for cooking and meal preparation.

Enjoy a dip in our private lakeview screen-enclosed heated pool! The pool area provides patio seating, sun loungers, and a grill! Bask in the tranquility of having no rear neighbors, allowing for uninterrupted relaxation. As the sun sets, host intimate gatherings or entertain guests against the beautiful backdrop of the vibrant sky.

In our game room, you will find an air hockey table, pool table and a foosball table.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom:
The en-suite master bedroom features a King Bed, bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and and a sliding door that leads you directly to patio and pool.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom features a queen bed, nightstand, closet, and dresser.

Bedroom 3:
This room features 2 full size beds, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom 4:
The kids room features a twin-size bed over a full-size bunk bed with trundle (comfortably accommodating up to 3 children).

Bathroom Confirmation:
Bathroom 1 – En-suite Bathroom attached to the Master Bedroom

Bathroom 2 – Located in the hallway outside of Bedroom 3

Bathroom 3 – Jack & Jill Bathroom between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4

Laundry:
The home has an enclosed washer and dryer across from the hallway bathroom. An iron and ironing board also provided.

Infants and Children:
There is a foldable crib, pack 'n play, and a highchair available free of charge located in the game room.

House Rules:
• No Pets Allowed
• No Smoking Allowed: There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
• Trash: We provide trash bags and trash pickup. Trash bags are under the kitchen sink. We do ask that you use the properly designated bags for waste and recycling.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
• All Guests will be held responsible for any and all damages or missing items to the property during their stay
• Driveway available for parking two cars only. Owners are not responsible for cars parked outside of the driveway.

• All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs
• Guests have access to entire home and community, including community playground and walking trails.
• Free high speed Wi-Fi internet available in the entire house.
• We offer towels in all the bathrooms.
• We offer pool towels located in the laundry area.
• Smart thermostat, guest controlled.
• Camera located along the exterior of the property for safety concerns.
• Once a reservation has been confirmed, the exact address location will be provided along with instructions for entry into the gated community and entrance to the property.
