Great location in Hot Springs with plenty to do around town. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan was noisy, so we ended up buying one to use. There was even a washe and dryer available for use with no extra charge!

I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Property location in downtown Hot Springs was GREAT! Walkable to trail, restaurants, coffee shops. Know that this is is not a barrier-free property. You have to climb 25 steps to access. There is a small dumb-waiter that I used for suitcase but, my dog doesn't do steps and I had to carry him up/down. !!
