The house and property was in an extremely quiet and peaceful area. The hosts were great people and very down to earth. The Javalinas would come around regularly and were a lot of fun to interact with. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay. Thank you Lance and Lisa.
Had a great, relaxing stay here. Property was neat as a pin and very clean. Peaceful deck and lots of wildlife. Javalinas are your friends and fascinating to watch up close. Coyotes, deer and birds abound set in a beautiful red rock background. Thank you for a great getaway!
What a wonderful week at Javelina Heaven! They have thought of everything so check it out before you go to the store for supplies. They checked in with us after a few days to make sure everything was good; and it was. The place was clean and comfortable with a lovely porch in the back. Access to some trails in the back as well and of course the beautiful view. Now, as for the javelina, I could not have been more thrilled. I am an animal lover and thoroughly enjoyed seeing them on the property! Finally, you can’t beat the location. Away from the throngs of tourists you can enjoy Sedona in a quiet atmosphere.
We absolutely loved our stay at Javelina Heaven. We enjoyed daily visits from the javelina and were even lucky enough to spot coyotes. There are beautiful hiking opportunities right from the property, offering complete privacy and a true connection with nature. While feeling wonderfully secluded, the home is still conveniently close to great restaurants and some of Sedona’s iconic hikes, including Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. The house was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making the experience even better. We would happily stay here again.
Our stay was great , feeding the javelins, watching the numerous bird species at the feeders to walking the trail right behind the house, all being only 10 minutes from good restaurants, would recommend.

Great home on a great property with great hosts. Very nice to have 2 king-size, adjustable beds and the 2 recliners were great as well. The kitchen has everything you could want. Best part was the proximity to hiking and all the wildlife. Would definitely stay here again 😎.
We had an excellent experience at Javelina Heaven. The property is very clean, tastefully decorated, everything provided and a wonderful location so close to the red rocks. The visiting javelinas added an extra touch. Thankyou for providing such a wonderful 'home' away from home.
This was an amazing place. So well kept and clean. Awesome communication with the host. The javelina experience was incredible. Will be coming back for sure. House is wel stocked with things you need. I highly recommend this rental. We got to feed javelinas. Such a relaxing and cozy home. Im very thankful we found this place.
Tranquil Retreat with Stunning Views and Wildlife – Perfect Sedona Getaway!"Tranquil retreat
We had a wonderful stay! This property offered the perfect quiet retreat, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main Sedona area, but still close to everything we wanted to explore. The hiking right outside the door was amazing, and we were just blocks away from even more trails — we only saw a couple of people during our time out there, which made it feel like our own private paradise. One of the highlights was getting to watch javelinas, including a baby, right outside the door! That was such a priceless and unique experience. The house itself was so comfortable — the living room was cozy, and the bedrooms were spacious. We loved the little extras like the luggage racks, and we even enjoyed playing a game of Clue (it had been years since we played!). The fridge had butter, condiments, and bottled water, though the tap water was amazing on its own.The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially with the adjustable inclines, which made for a great night’s sleep. The views of the mountains were stunning, and we saw plenty of wildlife around, which made it feel like we were immersed in nature. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Sedona!
We have rented several homes over the years with all or part of our family of six. For this trip, we had four of us for two nights in Sedona. This house was the best (by far), for the quality of the kitchen items (pots / pans / dishes / supplies / etc). There was plenty of space for us. There was a personal welcome letter when we arrived, and that it why we always try to rent from private owners. Lisa communicated very quickly. We had no issues during our stay. The furniture was comfy. The towels were soft, and the consumable products provided (TP, paper towel, soap, etc) were plenty sufficient to last us through our stay. It's always nice to not have to go buy that stuff when you're on vacation! We were running so much, we didn't get to see any wildlife. We did get lost hiking out back on our first night because there's not clear trails as you get further from the house. Leave plenty of time before dark to make your way back! It was an adventure we'll never forget! If we make our way back to Sedona, we'd definitely consider this house again.
