United Center Greystone, modern 2 bedroom condo with awesome outdoor living space. 7 minutes to Downtown. Free street parking.
The space
Located in a 135 yr old historic granite 3 flat building on Jackson Blvd. Walking distance to UIC west campus, or a 5 min bus or train ride away via CTA Blue Line or UIC bus. Two blocks to CTA Blue Line and I290 expressway, centrally located to everything , UIC, Hospital District, blocks to the United Center, Little Italy, Tri-Taylor, minutes to downtown.

There are other residents living in the building. So please plan on observing and respecting the quiet hours, midnight to 9am. Parties with more than the guests staying in the apartment are not allowed, but guests are welcomed to use the outdoor community space. No parties or events, and no guests that are not part of the reservation. Breaking this rule will immediately terminate your stay. The buildings outdoor areas are under video surveillance. If you live in the Chicago land area please message me before instant booking. We also ask guests be 21 years of age or older to book and have a current picture ID on their profile.

-Late check outs after 10am will be charged $50 for every half hour for the first 2 hours. If after the second hour guest has not checked out they will be responsible for that days nightly rate.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. There will be $500 fine breaking this rule.
•NO PETS allowed without advance permission. There will be $400 fine breaking this rule
•Please NO DAMAGE to the whole unit being occupied. Maintain cleanliness, throw all trash before leaving the property. Trash bin is in the back of the house by the alley. No throwing of sanitary napkins to toilet. No damage to hardwood floors. If our home is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $75 dollars for every extra hour of cleaning required.
•Please use the kitchen freely but clean any mess that is created, including dishes, counter, stove, oven toaster, microwave, no dirty dishes should be left in the sink upon check out. Please do not eat in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Please conserve energy by turning off lights, small appliances, lamps, etc. when not being used.
• Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
• If there is an issue with the apartment please let us know immediately. We work best with guests who are good communicators. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
• Remember to close and LOCK all doors on your way out.
Any damages to the property will be charged to you according to the incident during your stay.
