We love the outdoors and all that Sellwood has to offer (tennis & pickleball courts, the dog park, the run/cycle path) and we live next door and are available as needed.
We have travelled around Europe, Asia and Australia and have enjoyed staying at other people's homes, and endeavor to provide a warm and comfortable home to our guests in return.

For it convenience and walkability to many facilities and nature reserves, as well as the riverfront.
What makes this property unique
It's a modern condo located in a cul de sac directly next to large parks and the Willamette River (and the Spring Water Corridor). It's a 2.5 mile flat bike trail into the city center.
