This brand-new renovation of space has created a unique getaway space. With 125 of lake front on a shared property, this Carriage House offers sleeping quarters on the 2nd floor and open common spaces on the ground level. There are 8 acres to enjoy the lake, woods, and a quiet road to walk or bike along. Located in the Chazy Landing area, there is a lot of history that took place here over time. Relaxing and peaceful.
This property does have a shared driveway, with separate parking, for two guest houses. The waterfront is privately owned but is shared amongst the rental units. There are separate lawn spaces and fire pits for each unit.
