Really cute fun cabin. immediately felt welcome with all the cute little details present. Clean, well maintained, and cozy. I would stay here again. thank you! My son had a blast, my wife was beaming, and i got to grill for my family and soak in the hot tub. 10/10.

Nice cabin. Instructions for using the fireplace were not good, so we never got to use it. The host Eric was not as helpful as I would have expected, especially since he lives in town. We had trouble with a couple of things when we got there, and truly if I were the host I would have come over and helped my tenants out. Bring your own dvd player there isn’t one there and no cable tv. Overall we had a nice stay.

The house was small and cozy, just as advertised. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned from the previous guest. However, Eric immediately got house cleaners there (who were great!), and in no time everything was perfect. The location is great—walking distance to great hiking trails. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great location….loved the rustic cabin! Reminded us of a little lake house we lived in when we were in Washington State. The snow was a first for our dog. Minimally stocked but not an issue as it was fully disclosed. Especially thankful for the EV charger as we are fully electric!Host was great and very prompt with messages.

We arrived at the cabin on a Friday afternoon and if when you get there, just go to the 3 ring binder and it gives all the information on signing into WIFI and signing into the Streaming Service . I messaged Eric as i didnt think to look at the welcoming book in the family room. after we got that straight, everything was fine. This quaint cabin has all you need as far as cooking or making drinks as it has a blender and every kitchen utensil that you can think of. I enjoyed reading my books in the family room while my wife watched her TV shows in the bedroom. While it is usually cool in Big Bear during the summer, we got there during a heat wave and we usually would leave the cabin at 11am and return by 2pm and then go out again at 5 pm. I liked the restaurants we went to such as Cowboy Wanderings;Laguna Grill ; Copper Q and Saucy Mama's . Maggio's Pizza and Mountain Munchie's is good too . if you stay at the cabin from this summer onwards, you will have a freshly blacktopped road on the street in front of the cabin which is nice as they have been working on it for a few weeks.its an easily accesible location and even driving to the Discovery Center for Nature walks only takes you 15 minutes by car. All In all , we had a wonderful time at the Simply Irresistible Cabin

We had a problem with the heat and the thermostat never worked. Contacted host with problem and no response. Temperature was in the 30s overnight and I reached out to the host twice with no response. Cabin was very cute inside but the property could use some TLC. Also the Roku in living room didn’t work

Perfect cabin getaway

The cabin and property were ideal for the two of us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The decor and furniture was perfect and represented Big Bear nicely. We were super comfortable and loved that everything around town was accessible. Make sure you bring your bikes because the bike paths are great for sightseeing.
