Wonderful

It was the perfect place for our family. Close to the highway but nice local restaurants too. Pictures were exact representation of the house and the master had the most amazing shower. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Nice house, all on one level. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Not far from downtown Columbus. The only negative were the dining room chairs. They are not comfortable. We rented the home for a site visit at Ohio State. Working at the table for a few hours is problematic.

The inside of the house was very nice as shown with the pictures on the site. But we found hidden smoke detector camera throughout the house.

Property itself was nice, but the neighbor's looks sketchy. House across the street has mattresses and appliances in their front yard.

Excellent Stay

House was new inside and out. Very nicely decorated. Lots of room. Massive MBR suite. Included large laundry room with W and D. Beds very comfortable. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but very quiet and no problems. Easy access to I-270. Downtown only 10-15 min drive. Overall very nice. Would stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

This is the perfect example of “Don’t judge a book by its cover. Although the neighborhood looks creepy what the house held on the inside was incredible. Pictures told the story- but to witness it was another level. Ryan was awesome. He responded within the hour( more like 20 minutes) and was very pleasant and professional. I’d give this rating a 9/10 just because of the neighborhood- nothing on the host or the house! Definitely recommend!

Mother-daughters weekend

House net our needs with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and very large kitchen. Lots of dining and lounging spaces. There was no welcome package with house or area information, wireless info, or departure info, but we figured it out from other rentals. Had no contact with owner. Neighborhood is in transition and property exterior needs attention, but met our needs once tall weeds were knocked off the sidewalk. Enjoyed our time together. Thanks
