Our family loved this home. Very cozy, clean, and organized. The home had more than enough space and all the beds were very comfortable. Host was excellent in providing clear instructions on property and even provided additional convinience items, which made things easier for us. This will be our go to rental when in Arroyo city.

We had a great time staying at this property !The house was perfectly set up for everyone’s needs , the fishing was great off the private pier and there was even charcoal, lighter fluid, ice in freezer that the property owners had bought for us to use. It made our bbq setup for our birthday celebration so much easier. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here ! 10/10

The property was great and had everything we needed for our fishing trip to Arroyo. The private dock is very well maintained. The BBQ pit area under the tree was cool throughout the day even with the scorching summer heat in July. The home is very spacious and has very comfortable beds. The dual central ACs are great to keep the home at the perfect temperature. Overall a wonderful time for our kids ranging from 5 months to 8 years old. The host was also very nice and made our stay even more wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

The cabins screened in porch was the best part of the entire property. It was relatively windy free but still fresh inside of it. Very nice view, definitely worth the money
