Welcome to The Beach Club D206! This wonderful unit has incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, white sand beaches and the oasis pool. You will love the convenience of this 2nd floor condo and the view from your living area and balcony.

This roomy three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo has space for everyone. The primary bedroom suite features a king bed with a private bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bed. These bedrooms share a second bathroom, while there is a half bath in the hallway. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, which is perfect for children.

You will enjoy the open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals and make family memories. On the balcony, there is ample seating for everyone while watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The Beach Club offers 4 pools and tennis courts. There’s even a salon should you want to be pampered for a night out in town. Enjoy one of 3 restaurants on the grounds or enjoy The Village Lawn where Food Trucks frequent in the busy season. There is a playground inside the gates, a hiking trail, and a fantastic sidewalk between the resort and the beach that allows you to quickly go from one building to the next with little effort. There are multiple boardwalks that take you out to the beach where you will finally have time to enjoy the BEACH, the WATER, and the Tranquility that you hoped for when you made your plans to come here.

*** At the Clubhouse you can find The Spa and Salon, Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, and Gulfside Bar & Grill. There are also men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, saunas, and steam rooms. There is a fee to use these amenities. Rates start at $48/day and are payable at the Clubhouse.

REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB:

A registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay is added to your booking total for 2 vehicles.

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club: RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hookups), Boats, jet skis, Off-road vehicles, and any vehicle that, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is too large for a parking space to accommodate.

Great location within the resort

We loved the fact that the unit was directly over the pool area so our special needs adult child could see us at the pool or on the beach easily when she decided to stay indoors. Because it was directly over the lobby there was not always the quiet of an upper unit but the location was well worth it for our situation. Would rent same unit again in a minute

This stay was amazing, the location was great the beach was amazing and the amenities were all great! This rental was perfect for a family, easiest check in and out ever. The only bad thing was that we had to leave.. definitely will stay again!

Memorial Weekend family vacation

Our family had a fun and relaxing weekend! We love to stay at the Beach Club because it is the perfect family friendly place. This unit was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the 2 nd floor and the beautiful view of the beach and the pool. The unit is spacious with comfy beds, plenty of towels and beautifully decorated. Our host Brian was friendly responded quickly with any questions we had! We highly recommend this place!
