Chat & Chill is a cozy, remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a large covered & open deck and great Gulf views! It's wonderful floor plan is great for having the family all together for the perfect beach getaway and spending time in its expansive living room/kitchen/dining area. All of windows on the southside of the home provide a great mix of sunshine and surf that'll have you relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves rolling ashore! This home can also work as a great addition for large groups looking for multiple homes. Along with "Chat & Chill" rent the Gulf Front home "Dream Answered" just across the street and bring the whole family and even friends! Renting both homes would allow everyone to be close together, but still have room to spread out while enjoying our beautiful Gulf beaches!
