This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the beach. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Fairhaven 301 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The living room is spacious and pastel-colored, furnished with comfy couches and a television. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the room. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is a wood-paneled kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, its own personal television, and a private bathroom. The second bathroom has a double bed and a twin bed, as well as its own personal television. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

I was surprised that this condo was on the 3rd floor of the building and there’s no elevator. This wouldn’t have been a problem for me, but I was there with my dad who had a knee replacement so it was hard for him to go up and down the stairs every day. I understand listings might not put the exact address of condos until the purchase is made, but it could be stated on the initial listing more noticeably that this was a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. On the plus side, with the condo being on the third floor and an end unit close to the beach, it had a great view of the ocean. I like that the living room was spacious and the dining room was on the same side as the kitchen and living room. I don’t like other condos that have the dining room separate and closer to the front door. The bedrooms were nice. The bathrooms were okay. Although one of the faucets in the showers was loose and it was difficult to turn the water off. We reported it and it was fixed the next day.My biggest problem with the condo was the fact there were ants in the kitchen. They were there the whole week all over the counter, the sink, near the microwave & stove, and on the walls behind the sink and counter. We also reported this. We were provided with a Raid spray can which works when you see the ants, but then more come afterwards. I killed a lot of ants during the 7 days we were there so they didn’t end up in my food/drinks. Overall, I would say the property had potential, but is actually just okay.

Great location. Needs a deep clean.

Perfect location (loved the quiet area), layout & size. Easy check in/out. Cleanliness though, was not so great. It needs a good deep clean. I dropped the cap to my Advil & it rolled under the dresser. I moved the dresser to find a ton of dust bunnies & a pair of underwear that has clearly been there for quite some time! You can tell the doors, walls, & furniture haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. Also, be sure to provide your own hand soap & toilet paper!

Great vacation spot

Good location to the beach and other activities in the city. Can see ocean from balcony. Small drive to boardwalk. Disliked the mattresses very much. Mattresses are very very poor.
