There are two decks with patio furniture, one of which overlooks Chelsea Park which offers a volleyball and bocce ball court, playground equipment, and fitness track. The front deck offers views of the bay. The following amenities are provided: a private in ground heated pool, a pool house with tenant storage, gas grill, outside dining area and an outdoor flat screen TV. There is a 55' flat screen TV in the living room, TVs w/cable in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout the house. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, 4 beach chairs, 8 beach tags, bed linens, and a cleaning service.
