Warren was incredibly communicative making our check-in and stay seamless. Unit was spacious for our party and very clean with plenty of necessities. Property and neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe in which we enjoyed evening walks.

Great for Long Weekends!

Our group of 5 spent a long weekend in Pasadena and really enjoyed this accommodation. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a short term stay. The location was also proximal to nice shopping areas in Pasadena and served as a great home base for our trip.

Wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as described in a beautiful quiet residential area. Very clean and spacious, close to a supermarket and very easy to navigate to. Instructions from Warren were clear, and he provided lots of information about things to do in the local area. Easy to communicate with and very quick replies. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely make this our first choice next time we are visiting Pasadena.

conveniently located, clean and quiet

The stay was smooth and met our expectations. The host responded promptly to any issues we communicated. While there were noticeable temperature differences between the first and second floors, they were manageable. The house itself is exceptionally well-maintained and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.

Exceeded expectations

Lovely townhouse with beautiful front yard full of birds which we enjoyed sitting out front watching on our down time. We walked to a bunch of nice restaurants and centrally located for trips to Huntington museum and Gamble house. We also saw up close the devastation to Altadena. Really sad
