Escape to your dream vacation at this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome. Our vacation rental is perfectly situated just minutes away from the stunning Rehoboth Beach and the historic Lewes DE.
With a variety of excellent amenities to choose from, including access to pools, clubhouses with gyms as well as tennis and pickle ball courts you will have everything you need.

Conveniently located just off Coastal Highway, right in the center of Coastal Delaware, experience all that the area has to offer.

Come have some family fun, in this new townhouse located in Sawgrass South gated community. Enjoy the outdoor patio, which includes a grill or relax by the fireplace after a fun filled day at the beach and boardwalk!

Family beach vacation

Great Location

This is a wonderful location. Love the community pool. House is spacious and clean and has everything you need. Super quick drive to the boardwalk, beach, Cape Henlopen, Ferry, etc…We would stay here again!

Maryland group

House overall very clean. Filters dirty had to replace. Previous tenants left the grill a mess. Curb appeal could use some work. The rest of the house looked great. Nicely decorated. Garage had pool and beach supplies. Host was quick to respond when contacted Clubhouse pool was great. Overall would recommend to others.
