We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s been absolutely wonderful both times. The property was immaculate upon arrival, smooth check in, promptness from hosts, everything we needed was already there. Amenities were great. Property is in great location, very quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back next year. Truly just a wonderful experience.

Spring Break Trip in Indian Rocks

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood within reach of ballparks so we could check out some spring training baseball!Walking distance to beach and several great lunch/dinner options.Just big enough for our family of 4.Nice extra touches including beach equipment, bikes.Highly recommend!

A very practical place of accommodation

5 adults stayed, 2 couples and 1 single. It worked in a pinch. The place is nice and did accommodate us but it wasn't so convenient as the sitting room had to be used for sleeping and therefore tied up the kitchen until they were awake. If everyone gets up at the same time, that would not be an issue but for us, that wasn't the case. The couch pullout bed isn't the most comfortable for a 6'2" 220lb person so a blowup mattress was needed and set up in the sitting room. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable. I do recommend the property and would return to stay again but would limit occupants to 4 persons max. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
