Wonderful location in a lovely, authentic historic neighborhood, Lincolnsville. Walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. The house was very roomy and provided nice amenities like complimentary ground coffee and tea. We enjoyed our stay and would return again and recommend to others.
We enjoyed our 2 nught stay here very much. Lovely neighborhood walking distance to St George street. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We went out for meals, so didn't use the kitchen.Overall, it was a very nice place.
The location was an easy walk to Nights of Lights, historic downtown, etc. There was a great coffee and breakfast shop right around the corner which was perfect to start the mornings.
For me, first impressions are huge so my initial view of our property was disappointing. The house had mold on the siding, the porch was dirty and the porch furniture was old with one of the two chairs broken. At first sight I thought there had to be a mistake because the photos I saw before reserving the property looked inviting. The good news was once we entered the house the photos were more true. The unit is spacious, the furnishings are new and the unit was clean. I would describe the quality of amenities as basic but very acceptable. The beds were super comfortable. The distance to town was very walkable - .5 miles and the neighborhood was quiet. The A/C unit worked great. All that said, I would recommend the property but suggest that cleaning up the outside would go a long way in overall impression of quality.
The house was very convenient for our family consisting of 4 adults and 4 little kids. The location of the house was perfect. Walk to downtown was easy and things were close by. Overall the inside of the house was as expected but definitely would recommend the host to get the floors swept and mopped better. We had to sweep the floors first thing when we got there. Also the top floor did not get as cold as the bottom floor no matter how much we blasted the AC. The outside of the house was very dirty, unorganized, and useless. We made the best of our stay and enjoyed staying in St. Augustine.
We loved our stay. There were 8 adults in our party and we had plenty of space. It was clean and updated. Neighborhood was walkable to most things we wanted to do.
Since it is centrally located in the old town, the house is old. It has been renovated, and it has many modern additions and amenities. It is surprisingly large with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, which makes it a good value for a large family. It also has an adequate dining area. The kitchen is properly equipped, but it has no dishwasher and no garbage disposal in the sink. We cooked lightly and used paper plates. All in all, it is a good value. The owner answered promptly to all my questions.
Check in was very easy. Location was within walking distance to downtown (about 10 minutes to the Lightner Museum walking leisurely) House was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are some areas with uneven flooring and steps down into the bathroom so maybe tricky for elderly or people needing wheelchair accessibility, but we had no problems with it. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good location, clean overall, beds were comfortable.Cons: HVAC not working well, no dishwasher in the unit, laundry is located outside, bath towels were worn thin and too small, dining area needs an overhead light.

The house served its purpose. Needs a little TLC and could be a great property. Sinks in bathroom backed up as well as the toilets had issues flushing. Unplugged a little black box in the kitchen to plug in the toaster and little bugs started coming out from around the kitchen sink. But once that black box was plugged in they went away. All in all it was a good house and did what we needed it too.
We loved our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. Close to downtown and all the attractions. I recommend if you want to enjoy the beautiful city of Ste-Augustine!
