Condo was in immaculate condition. It was even nicer than advertised on Vrbo. The views from the large balcony were amazing. Communication with the owner was great. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest to improve this unit or our stay. I only hope this is available when we plan our next trip to New Smyrna Beach!

Beautifully appointed and located condo. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Our favorite feature was the balcony overlooking the ocean with its comfortable chairs. We even saw some dolphins! We are from New England and we have a small farm. Visiting New Smyrna Beach is more than its' charm, beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants for us. We have several family members in the area. With such a beautiful condo and the best ocean view that we have seen, hosting the Sea Turtle Penthouse is a pleasure. Thank you, Linda and Paul

Why they chose this property

It is always fun to walk Flagler Avenue. The bars on this strip may have entertainment at any time of the day. There are several restaurant choices and unusual gift shops. At various times throughout the year there could be parades or wine walks. A short ride will take you to Canal Street with more of the above!

What makes this property unique

The Sea Turtle Penthouse has such an amazing view! The balcony is private and spans the length of the living area and bedroom. The condo has been newly renovated with a King size bed and an open up couch. Nothing is missing in the well appointed kitchen. Two pools and the resorts' private beach are available for your enjoyment!
