Squatchin for the win!!

Such a wonderful property with great views and private area! The cabin itself is clean and well stocked. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Beautiful home with access to local town and country scenery. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway!

Friendsgiving Weekend

Time with family (cousins) and relaxing before the hustle & bustle of the Holiday Season. Purchased a Christmas tree & wreath. Also enjoyed some shopping in Boone. While we enjoyed being ‘weekend chiefs,’ there are several delicious eateries if you’re wanting a meal out on the town. Can’t say enough about the location - so serene & snow was the cherry on top…saw so many deer & turkeys too.

Location, location, location.... it's the perfect location!! Just far enough from town to enjoy the mountains and quietness, but close enough to enjoy all the great things Boone, West Jefferson and Mountain City have to offer.
