Luxury shore home with newly installed dock, an infinity pool with Jacuzzi and spectacular sunsets, overlooking the Shrewsbury River. The location is commuting distance to NYC by either the railroad or the Highlands ferry. You can even commute to NYC by boat should you choose to do so in 90 minutes to Manhattan. Pier Village in Long Branch is only 3 miles away with excellent shopping and restaurants. The Monmouth Race Track is 2 miles away for those who love horseracing.

This is a no-smoking home. No events, large gatherings or parties are allowed without the written consent of the owner. Maximum group of 10 adults and 2 children.

Safety matters to us. For safety purposes, this home has cameras facing the driveway and street as well as the back patio.

River Gem With Room For the Whole Family

The house exceeded our expectations, as the photos don't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked for all of our needs. It is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space and multile rooms with expanseive river and pool views. We were there with our 2 married children and their spouses and everyone had their privacy. There was lots to do including bike riding, swimming and playing pool. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. We will be back!

The perfect location for a magical vacation!

This home is lovely, magical, perfect! The sunsets are to die for! The pool is luxurious, and the hot tub comfortably fits six people. Five bedrooms (each with their en-suite bathroom) allow everyone to enjoy privacy. The beds are very comfortable, and the house has loads of towels for bathing and swimming. In addition, the kitchen is well-designed and fully stocked (no need to worry about whether the kitchen has the correct pots/pans; it also has lots of seasonings and a HUGE refrigerator/freezer). There are toys and games for kids and adults, bicycles and kayaks, as well as beach and pool toys. Just come and enjoy this fantastic property.

Exquisite property!!!

We loved staying at this gorgeous Monmouth Beach home! It was absolutely perfect for a family reunion that brought together the newest, youngest members of the family, ages 1 to 4. Children's furniture, children's games, and beach equipment is conveniently available. The pool was perfect for adults and children alike. The sunsets over the river were exquisite! Although we could have cooked dinner at home, we opted, for the most part, for area restaurants that we have frequented over the years. Although Monmouth Beach is nearby, we went to Seven Presidents' Beach where there is also a large playground for the children. All in all, a wonderful and memorable vacation! We will return!

Breathtaking sunset views

Breathtaking sunset views from every angle and room in the house. We had family of six adults, two grandparents and two infants. Spacious enough with all the amenities of home. No need to ever go out. Perfection! We had the best time.

This house is beautiful. It has a majestic view and plenty of room to spread out. This is really the best of all worlds with being right on the bay, minutes from community beaches, and a short ferry ride from New York City.

The property was awesome!

Spacious, updated, great amenities. The pool and hot spa are the best. The rec room with a bar is great. All the bedrooms are well furnished and have more than enough room. The master is the best. There are bathrooms everywhere which really makes things nice. It's close enough to the ocean but hard to choose between going or staying. Best vacation week we ever had.

Fabulous House with a Fantastic Pool/Hot Tub and Unbeatable Views

We rented this beautiful house for my annual family reunion for a week. It was perfect in every way! The spacious rooms and bathrooms had lovely balconies, the well appointed kitchen with top notch range, oven, enormous refrigerator with a butler's pantry (which had its own fridge) was stocked with everything we needed, the grill was phenomenal especially when grilling the crabs that were caught in the cages off the dock and the recreational room was a huge hit with the kids. But most of all, the exquisite infinity pool and hot tub with its sensational views was the best part of this house. There is no reason to leave the house, but if you do, the beaches are very close as well as the Pier at Long Branch which has excellent restaurants, spa and shops. Art, the owner, was very attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this rental!

Outstanding in every way

We rented this home for the last 5 summers and loved every second we were in it. Whether is was the outstanding layout, the beautiful decor or the once in lifetime sunsets which occurred every day. The owners were excellent in responding to any needs at the home, which were few and far between. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of options if you have children. I strongly suggest this rental.

Why they chose this property

This lot has been in my family since the late 60's. The old house was torn down and this house built on the property in 2006.

What makes this property unique

The infinity pool makes you believe that the river comes right into the house. On calm days, both full moons, but especially sunsets, will reflect off the river and the infinity pool....Spectacular!
