Clean, matched pictures, and priced well. There is a flight of stairs to reach condo. We contacted host about a few issues which he resolved within 24 hours. We were 10-12 minutes from main Branson strip, so the property was quiet. Kids loved the well-maintained pool that was within walking distance.

The condo met our needs for a family trip. However, we didn’t realize the unit wasn’t on the main level so there is a long staircase to get enter which was a challenge for some of our party. The kitchen was short on essentials like a way to scrub dishes and plug the sink. Very limited cooking essentials available. Another skillet would have been helpful. The pool is small but not too deep so it’s good for kids.

Branson getaway

Great stay at the property. Plenty of room. Location was perfect to access Branson attractions. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay and good communication with owner if we needed anything. Also gave us great tips on where to visit in Branson as it was our first time! Great view!! Nice pool!

Close to Everything!

Overall great place to stay while in Branson. The only issue was there was significant water damage in the master bedroom and bath, which had a distinct smell. Other than that, the owner was super helpful! We are thankful we got to stay close to everything!

The shampoo in the master bathroom seemed extremely diluted with I assume water. Neither bathroom had body soap. The kitchen had no pan scrubber to clean a pan/dish/utensil with. There was no coffee, only empty containers. The silverware to plate ratio isn't correct. If 8 people people staying here, you immediately must run the dishwasher after each meal to have enough forks. Or wash by hand, but as noted nothing to scrub with. Spoons are shaped horrible for kids to eat from. No dish cloth, clorox wipes or anything to wipe kitchen counter. Kitchen pans could have been better stocked. All bedroom mini blinds should really be replaced. Actually a room darkening curtain would be better and probably more energy efficient. I paid nearly 1,000 for 4 nights and was shocked to see broken blinds in each bedroom when I walked in. Two mornings there were multiple frightening loud booms in the building i guess. The air conditioning is loud enough you need to adjust TV volume when it kicks on. We were on the lower level and it seemed those above us were stomping lots - maybe thin floors, maybe kids above us idk. I know we were not the most quiet either with 4 kids. Otherwise the unit is clean. The master mattress is very comfortable. The ac cools well, the appliances work... we didn't use the pool. The Host was always very responsive.

Great Property!

My family & I stayed at this property during my daughter’s World Series, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. It was very spacious and clean! My kids loved the TV with the Nintendo! On our next trip to Branson, we will definitely be booking this condo! The location was perfect. We had no issues at all during our stay!

Perfection!

We had a great time. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We were able to do laundry and make meals. The view was lovely. We were away from the traffic and it was quiet and peaceful. We were able to reach all the attractions easily.

Pleasant stay

This was a great place for my family and I while in Missouri. The owner responded promptly to our needs. My daughter appreciated the sound machine in her room. My son appreciated the Nintendo. There was plenty of parking. The rental is in a 6 plex in the lower level. The ac was a little noisy but worked great. It was 95 high humidity when we were there and it stayed nice in the condo.
