Sounds Like Fun provides the best of both worlds for your island vacation! This duplex property sits on Topsail's Intracoastal Waterway, with a private dock that is perfect for fishing and keeping an eye on your small watercraft. The property also boasts private beach access directly across the street for quick and easy ocean access!

Sounds Like Fun offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 2 Queens and a Twin with a Trundle (2 Twins). Note that the Trundle can be raised and combined with the Twin bed to form a King-sized sleeping arrangement! Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.

Fabulous location

We loved having the dock out the back for fishing and bird watching and a short trip across the street to the beach.

Fishing Trip

We had a great time! The pier was perfect for fishing and the close proximity to the ocean was nice. The house was clean and whimsically decorated. There were some technical issues with the TVs (none were working) and there was poison ivy around the parking area. But other than that… it was a wonderful vacation!!

house was nice, air stayed cool, showers and baths all adequate. Kitchen was fine. yard was a disaster around the place. house was not clean, dusty and dirty in general. It worked as a beach house and we enjoyed the stay.
