John and Daphne provide exceptional hospitality. The place was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the quiet of the secluded location, but also the convenience to Oval Beach and the Dune Ride.

We really enjoyed this property. The house is very well appointed and the setting is beautiful and peaceful. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal two. The drive into Saugatuck/Douglas area is about 10 minutes so you have all the amenities close by. Great place to relax and unwind!

This was one of the best experiences we have had at a VRBO. The hosts were more than accommodating and offered so much during our stay! The property is quiet and perfect for a getaway! The house was cozy and Azul was a wonderful host! I highly recommend for a girls' weekend or romantic weekend. The property was within 10 minutes of all surrounding areas and attractions.

The house was beautiful, you can tell the owners have put a lot of work into it and it is looking great! Quiet location away from the city, but a short drive to Lake Michigan and fun things going on in Saugatuck & Douglas. John was great at checking in on us as well!

Cute stay

We had a girls weekend to the tulip festival in Holland and stayed here. Adorable little house. Modern farmhouse style with all the appliances you would need for a longer stay. We were greeted by a friendly dog that was a fun surprise for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay. My youngest daughter even said it was the best part of the trip!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and perfect. Secluded and quiet but not too far from activities like the beach, dune rides, etc. The host was great. Came and said hi and checked in when he saw us, was there right away when we needed anything, but gave us privacy. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Can't wait to see the property once they're done with all their plans.

THE BEST HOSTS EVER!! We felt like they were old friends that truly cared about our happiness and comfort during our stay. They live next door, so they are available at anytime, but are not intrusive at all. The house and property are exactly as listed. The house is updated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! (I'm a clean freak) The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the cookware you would ever need. They had starter packs of coffee and creamer, and lots of little everyday things you'd use for cooking. The bathroom is nice and big, with double vanity and deep bathtub/shower with amazing water pressure! They even had a few toothpaste/toothbrush packages, and hair dryer available in case we forgot to bring ours. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were in shower, and they supply brand name paper products, not the cheap, rough hotel type. Plenty of towels and extra linens. The firepit and outdoor furniture were perfect, lots of privacy, quiet country setting. We loved our time there, and will definitely book this house again!! Thank you John and Daphnie for being such amazing, kind,, and sincere people!! I didn't dognap Azul and Jake, but I sure wanted to, they are awesome dogs!!
