Great stay and great service!

We had a great stay! SPI rentals customer service is great. Someone is always available to speak to. The grounds are beautiful well taken care of! The unit itself The showers needed upgrades but overall good. Nice and roomy condo beds comfy!

We had items delivered to thier office. Everyone is great to work with. One arrived late. Johnny offered to deliver it on his way home after work. THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE!!!!

Check in was super easy. We had a leak and a TV that didn't work. Called the office and maintenance was there quickly to check it out. Couldn't fix the leak but took care of the TV. Only complaint was there were tiny ants all over the place. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is already deteriorated, the living room if you sit down you go almost to the floor, the bed in the master bedroom the mattress very bad, the bathroom in the master bedroom very small, dark and very abused. The back door does not close so you have to be very careful. The location is very good but I recommend giving it a complete remodel.

The second bedroom was EXTREMELY small for two adults with luggage. Not sure if this was converted from a one bedroom, but should be noted the second bedroom is mainly suitable for children, not adults. Recommend this unit install a dishwasher - or at the very least provide enough dish soap to wash multiple rounds of dishes. We've stayed at various Saida rentals -mostly all have dishwashers. So I did not realize we would not have one. And then we didn't have enough dish soap to clean dishes over the week of renting. There were ants in the kitchen area. There was a roach in the master bedroom. I know there are going to be pest issues, especially being on the first floor, but the unit may need pest treatment.

Bonito y funcional aunque algo descuidado, pero vale la pena la ubicación en primer piso con salida al jardín y alberca, sobre todo si vienes con niños. Sin problema regresaría.
