Nice and clean interior. So glad we could bring our dachshund with us! The location was great, my son got to fish daily from the pier.

Over all was just as described, guest saying next to us were loud, had to ask several times after midnight to stop yelling, that can happen anywhere.

Everything was as advertised. Except the seaweed accumulation which was not pleasant. The accommodations were wonderful with great views of the intercostal..

The property was nice and extremely clean. It was pretty well-appointed. It was a bit odd not to have handles on any of the cabinets or cushions on the living room accent chairs. We also would have loved to have more seating on the deck. But we enjoyed the home and had a great experience with AvantStay.

My only suggestions are having some throw blankets available for guests, more than one cookie sheet and some bowls. Also, maybe labeling the light switches for the can lights in the living area. It took us a while to figure out there were two switches (one by door and one in the hall) and only one dimmer for them. Other than that, everything else was great!
