Nestled inside the grounds of the upscale Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club, our townhouse, Las Olas 9 at Bahia Beach, is situated on 483 acres of lush maritime forest on Puerto Rico’s idyllic coast and offers an unparalleled tropical experience.
Our oversized duplex townhouse features a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, a beautiful dining room, 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private plunge pool with pool deck and patio as well as an enclosed two-car garage.

Are you traveling with a larger party and require additional space? Ask us about combining the neighboring townhouse to create a 7-bedroom villa with 2 plunge pools!

Just steps from the beach, guests will lose themselves in the relaxing sound of waves crashing against the beautiful white sand beach.

Guests will also enjoy access to all that the Bahia Beach Golf Resort has to offer, including 2 miles of untouched beach, hiking trails, and golf at the world-class, 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. In addition, guests young and old will fall in love with the resort's boathouse which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and fishing. Additional amenities include the Beach Club, which offers a beautiful pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and Beach Club Restaurant. A water park with an obstacle course on the lake is shared with the St. Regis Hotel!

The state-of-the-art Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Residence offer sophisticated travelers, and their families, the finest in luxurious design and unmatched service.

Easily accessible by direct flights from several major US cities with no passports, currency exchange, or customs required, Bahia Beach has retaken its position as the finest resort in the Caribbean.

Please note that a RESORT FEE will be charged $200/night and added to the reservation. This covers your access to all that the resort has to offer from the pool and beach club, tennis center, fitness center, golf center, boat house, and more.

You just can't beat the location, gorgeous beaches at your back door and amazing facilities at the now Four Seasons. The condo itself is in need of some TLC, we've stayed at the unit a number of times over the past 10 years and the property is getting tired, needs a deep cleaning and some refreshing to warrant a 5 star.

Great getaway

What a fantastic property! It sits right up against the beach club pool and restaurant so easy access to that as well. Definitely enjoyed the spacious living arrangement. The TVs were a little quirky to figure - and a few wifi complications - but otherwise all good and was able to hook up my Roku.Fantastic stay and wonderful amenities and neighborhood.

Perfect Option for Privacy with Resort Amenities

We loved our stay here and would definitely rent again! The property had the right amount of space for my family and we loved having the plunge pool right in the backyard. Even better was the direct beach access and ease of getting around the resort to check out everything the St Regis and Bahia Beach Club have to offer.

We have visited Bahia Beach several times and really enjoyed our stay at Las Olas 9. The location is ideal and the property was as described/pictured. Communication was clear and check in was very easy! The cleaning crew did a great job through our stay. We hope to be back!

A stay in paradise

This is a beautiful property! The host and cleaning staff were super nice and made the stay super special. Everything was clean, the oven was not working properly but we notified the cleaning staff. Other than that the common areas are gorgeous, my kids had a blast! Cant beat this location!

Spectacular! Did not want to leave!

The property has it all! We had room for all 7 of us and privacy to boot. The boat house, bikes, pool, restaurant, and volleyball courts we so close by, and wonderful to meet other families while being able to go back to our Villa to have privacy housekeepers were excellent and the shopping service by Abdel was perfect. Excellent all-around service, location, communication and luxury!

Great location!

The property is located on Bahia Beach which is a beautiful stretch of beach that is not crowded at all. We were able to access the amenities at the beach club next door. The golf cart included in the rental was a nice addition to tour around the property. The accommodations were clean and just as described. Our only hiccup was figuring out that the hot water in all the showers is opposite of what we were used to! Great vacation!

Birthday Celebration Under the Sun and Stars

Simply a great property to enjoy with friends and family both day and night. No need to leave the property but lots to do if you choose to do so. The property is decorated wonderfully and is a great place to enjoy meals and friends while taking in the beauty of the ocean. 5 stars with no complaints. Will be back for sure.

Heavenly Stay!

This home was top-notch. Quality decor and supplies. Well stocked and with available and friendly management staff. Fee included daily housekeeping. For an additional fee, we hired a cook to help mornings and nights. This made it a TRUE vacation! I havent even mentioned the exquisitely manicured and landscaped Bahia Resort and the gorgeous huge sandy beach. We are coming back!

Lovely Villa, Beautiful Setting

Don’t usually do these reviews, but our extended family (children and grandchildren) had a lovely stay. The villa is large and very well laid out for.a large group to enjoy and extended stay. It is about 100 yards from the beach, looks out directly on the ocean, and is footsteps away from the large and lovely Bahia Beach Club. There is a touch of deferred maintenance, but the property is in the process of changing ownership and one can assume that will be easily addressed (and nothing that interfered with a lovely stay). Communication with property representative could be better — for example, she gave us the wrong WiFi network and password information — that could have been a crisis but the local property manager was able to give us the code to connect to the residence next door.All in all, our group would happily stay there again.

Paradise in PR

Great home in an amazing location. From the moment you arrive and see the picturesque views of the ocean from the open floor plan to the access to a private (members only) pool only a few steps away, the stay was incredible. We had (4) couples with the intent of playing golf and relaxing over (4) nights. The home was more gorgeous than the photos show online and the open patio overlooking the ocean was our primary hang out spot (I would recommend mesquite spray). The amenities attached with the stay were better than expected from the private beach access to the st Regis facilities. The only negative is the lack of dining options in the area (only 2) and distance to get to San Juan for a group dinner but the home easily made up for that.

Lack of Response and Service Spoils a Great Property

Fantastic location, great layout to the house and proximity to the beach and beach club/pool cannot be beat. Cleaning staff was great, local staff did well with trying to address issues, but the offsite management was deplorable. Internet and TV's did not work for duration of the stay. This was blamed on the provider, but all other units surrounding us had internet, there was no follow up and no compensation. Dryer in unit was broken and never fixed (when booking this was a key as having washer and dryer can cut down on packing etc). Most significantly, this house has A LOT of moisture issues. The walls in the downstairs bedroom are literally falling apart and in some spots down to bare concrete. It was clear the staff are trying to address, as there was a dehumidifier in the room, but no one should be paying significant money to stay in a moldy, wet construction site. On the final day, the ceiling in the upstairs guest bathroom started falling and leaking water. Hopefully management ups their game, but currently they fall well short of the standard that should be achieved at the given price point.

A perfect stay at a perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Olas 9. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and well managed. The cleaning crew was accommodating and both they and the manager did their best to make our stay wonderful. I definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico.
