The Space:
The apartment consists of 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
The Bed Configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: King Bed

There is a Washer and Dryer in the Unit for you to use. There are two parking spaces assigned to the unit (tandem)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the apartment and all the amenities it has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a very quiet area in Marina del Rey. The apartment is located directly by the Marina and gives incredible Marina Views. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Getting Around:
It is very easy to get an Uber from this location. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (4 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 4 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to Management in case you decide to bring your furry friend with you. There will be a $90/day pet fee.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined or missing towels
$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$35 charge per stained pillow
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.

Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
