Two full homes under one roof. This Ybor-side duplex gives your group two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining tables and 6 bedrooms across two levels. Most groups put the kids and the game tables on one side and keep the other side quiet. Ybor City is a ten-minute walk when it is time for dinner.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a residential street a 10-minute walk from Ybor City. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night so the neighbors stay happy.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 baths for up to 20 guests. 2 king suites have ensuite baths; 4 rooms have a queen bed plus a bunk bed.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each additional guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra cleaning fee.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent during your stay; message us for pricing and availability.
