Sunset Villa Home: Bayfront Adventures, with Spectacular Sunsets & Pet Friendly!

Sunset Villa vacation home sits directly on the beaches of the Delaware Bay to enjoy sunset and watch Dolphins swim by! Step in the sunroom or out the door onto the deck and private beach path to enjoy a walk. Relax in the sunroom, listening to the surf gently roll in. The Delaware Bay has much to offer in beauty and activities. NOTE: There are no lifeguards and there are sea life (just like Ocean) such as horseshoe crabs & fish who share the beach and waters. Enjoy dinner on the deck, as the sun sets, many guests see dolphins from the deck as well.

The fully fenced in yard and gate on deck allow additional comfort for small children. Private beach access makes it easy to have a quick walk and get on and off the beach with ease. The home offers all of this, as well as 3 small bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms, 2nd floor hallway overlooking the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and 2 skylights. Come stay anytime throughout the year. You Bring Beach Towels/We Supply 3 sets Sheets (make your own bed) & bath towels. Blankets, pillows and throws are provided. For your convenience, we can provide a linen rental company information for weekly additional linens towels, sheet changes, etc. , umbrellas, baby needs etc. Enjoy!

All dishes returned to cabinets unload dishwasher so clean dishes are put away.

This house is all about it's location. Right on the bay. Gorgeous sunsets, great breezes. The house does need a little work. A lot of missing or broken screens. Lack of an outdoor shower that functions. Great quiet neighborhood. Great house to bring your dog on vacation. Recommended.

Thanks for taking time to review our property. We always have screens that need replacing and im in the process of getting screens set Up for the summer. The shower should have been in good working order with both hot and cold water for the outdoor Shower. Sorry you experienced this it may be that its not turned on under the house (the hose & ahower both are turned off seasonally) so ill check on this to Verify Why you had no water outside. I wish i had known so i could have sent someone while you were there as its so convenient to have this amenity. Again, thanks for visiting and letting us know about the Shower (& screens). We hope you can return some time if you‘re ever in the area again!

We (5 people 2 dogs) had an absolutely lovely time during our stay. The property was just what we needed and the sun room was beautiful to watch the sun set in the evenings. The host even had dog bowls, treats and toys ready for action! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and lunch, and we spent our evenings in Cape May which was only a quick 15 minute drive down the road. A local grocery store and an ice cream shop are also only 10 minutes or so away, so everything was within reason when we needed. Had a great time!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. The location is amazing. The deck and sunroom literally sitting right on the beach at the level of the ocean made this a magical place to enjoy the water and beach without even leaving the home. I have never had such amazing sunsets right from my own place without even needing to step onto the sand. It was a great place for my dog and I as we could sit on the nice comfy porch or in the comfy sunroom and feel like we were out on the beach since the home is so close to the beach. The sunsets from this home are the best I have seen. All the amenities more ( games, books, etc) you would need are available and the host is amazingly responsive, available, caring and kind. This is just the place to reset and relax. I highly recommend this stay for your cape may vacation - don't miss out! I will definitely be back.

Perfect beach cottage, right on the beach with really amazing sunsets. Really comfortable and equipped well above expectations with outdoor / indoor games, supplies, pillows, blankets. Owner, Kim, nice and responsive thru whole process. The area was chock full of places to see and lots of local restaurants with good food and nice people. Need to go back!!

Great time on the Bay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat, especially with young kids. Our favorite spot in the house was the sunroom with the perfect view of beach and sunsets and cool breezes at night. Highly recommend!

Yes, we love the sunroom and just had new sliders installed so it's easy open for a great breeze. It is a 3 season room so no a/c or heat, but we go out all year and use a blanket w hot chocolate in winter and enjoy the sea breeze all spring/summer so it's always used!!

This was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for! On the beach bayside, quiet, low-key, pet friendly area. Great sunset views! We were able to bring along our dog to vacation with us for the first time as we usually travel further. Kim and Glen were awesome! Great communication and super easy to deal with when we had any questions.

Summer Fun on the Bay

Beautiful sunsets, nice views of the bay in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, We had a wonderful time relaxing as a family. The location could not be better and just a short drive to Duckie’s, Cape May Beach, and Wildwood beaches. Thank you for a great week.

Fishing Trip

This spot on the bay in the Villas is perfect for getting away from the rat race. The location is ideal for a family or friends get away year round. Kim is very helpful and accommodating!!

We have 2 dogs and have enjoyed our time in the Sunset Villa Vacation Home. We have been fortunate to celebrate birthdays with family, enjoy the airport museum, take advantage of local wineries w our dogs, shopping, restaurants and relax on the beach. We have enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay and hearing our guests stories of their adventures during their visit to our vacation home! Bird Migration Did you know that Cape May has been a destination point for birds (and bird observers) for over two centuries?
