Well equipped, clean modern condo with a great beach view from the south balcony. Great service. Close to the pier. The only downside side was construction but that won’t last forever. I would recommend this to anyone!!!

Beautiful condo with everything we neededfor our stay! The owners were very easy to communicate with when we had a question. The view off the back deck was incredible. One afternoon we watched over 20 para sailers. Highly recommend!

Great stay, both lower and upper condos

Had both the upper and lower condos for our family vacation, loved our stay. Both were clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location was great, close to beach and walkable to riverfront shops and restaurants. Also enjoyed area museums, parks and historic displays.

Excellent location, & everything you could need was provided. Hosts were always in contact. Only drawback was the construction across the street. We knew it was happening, but it was loud from 7:00AM until at least 7:00 PM each day. Once it’s done I’m sure it will be perfect!

The project is being completed by a neighboring property and is outside of our control. While we are not exactly excited about the construction itself, it is going to bring a new road, better parking, much better curb appeal, and a vastly improved beach access point on the north side of our condo building. This place was so accommodating! So much to do for my two toddlers between games, dolls, toys, etc. it’s just steps away from the beach so the views were gorgeous from our windows. It was a great home to hang out in when we weren’t on the beach!

The photos were misleading. Across the street is a massive, noisy construction project that negated any serenity offered by the proximity to the lakefront. Ultimately, we got a refund, but we wasted a day traveling and ended up without the weekend getaway we so desperately needed.

Easy and Fun

My children and I enjoyed our stay at the upper condo. Everything was clean, new, and fresh. My children thought the bunk beds were so comfortable and loved that they could open their private deck door at night and let the sound of the waves lull them to sleep. This condo was SO close to the beach, and the garage full of beach chairs, toys, wagon, etc made enjoying the beach so easy. Plus, all of the attractions we enjoyed were within two miles. I needed a getaway that would be super comfortable and easy, and I got it. I'm so thankful.

This cozy condo had every amenity you would ever need. The hosts have thought of everything! Next time we will have to book this in the summer so we can take advantage of the beach, and beautiful Lake Michigan, which is literally right next door.

It was the perfect place to relax and unwind - views of the lake from both decks literally steps from the sand. The place had everything you would need with some thoughtful extras. Communication was so easy - Would absolutely stay again!

Family getaway

Condo was just as pictured, loved the views from the balconies in this upper unit! Location was perfect with the beach and park within steps, the kids (ages 3-10) loved it. Everything needed to enjoy the beach being provided was very helpful. Also very close to restaurants and other things to check out. Looking forward to returning again!

A beack town getaway

The location was great with beaches and open park like grassy areas on both front and back sides. Location was close to downtown but in a quiter more residential area. We are planing on going back again and recommending it to ouu friends.

This condo was perfect! Water views from the front and back balconies, easy beach access, comfortable rooms, amazingly well stocked kitchen. It was an easy 10 minute walk into town for shopping and dinner. The host was very communicative. There were even unexpected little things that made it feel even homier, like chilled beer mugs in the freezer and family games in the living room. Highly recommend!

Great Place

This was a great place to stay! Owners and managers always responded promptly. Well decorated and comfy interior with views of the lake from every single window! It was great to walk down the beach to all the shops and restaurants on south harbor. I plan to stay here again in the future and would recommend it to my family members that visit the area!
