Enjoy some time in Palm Desert, Ca. Beautiful fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located in Palm Valley Country Club. Just 25 minutes from the airport and centrally located in the Coachella Valley. This spectacular condo is not only fully remodeled but is furnished with all new furniture and appliances. The kitchen if fully stocked. It is located on the 2nd green of the Palm Valley Championship golf course. Great views of the San Jacinto mountains off the front patio, yet private with no cart paths, train noise or direct sun. Access to pools and spas, 47 to be exact, the closest pool and spa only about 20 feet out your front door. Back patio includes a gas BBQ. Close to shopping at El Paseo and the new River complex. This unit will accommodate 2 persons or up to 6 comfortably. There is a hida bed in the sofa if you want to have 2 more. See pictures to appriciate.

We welcome short term guest 7 nights to 1 month, you don't have to be retired to enjoy the vacation life of Palm Desert, CA.

Palm Valley is in the heart of the Palms Springs area were you can enjoy beautiful weather, golf, tennis, national parks, shopping, dinning, theater, and gambling. LA and San Diego just an hour and half drive away, Phoenix 3 hrs and Las Vegas 4 hours.

January Golf Getaway

Unit was on the fairway right off 1 of 2 patios! Comfortably furnished with a kitchen having everything we needed to make some lunches and dinners. Perfectly located near the grocery store, restaurants and golf. Great property!!

Our family of 5 (kids ages 12, 12 and 14) had a fantastic time staying in Palm Valley. This property was the perfect place for our family of 6. We lost our home in November to the Paradise Camp Fire. We all needed peace quiet calm with sunny blue skies!! We got it. Our family of four adults enjoyed a great week at this attractive condominium in a peaceful, flower-filled country club community. The clean, well-equipped kitchen and accessibility to shopping made creating winter holiday meals easy. Palm Desert Getaway

We loved the location and the property. It was a nice break from our MN winter and the weather was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was fully stocked. I am a walker & was able to do 4-5 miles inside the community. We hiked at Joshua Tree Park, 1000 Palms and The Cove in La Quinta. The guys played golf & there were great restaurants nearby. Michael was available by text and responded to questions right away. We will definitely come back again!!

It was nice to have a garage because we had bikes with us. The pool is very close and great for doing laps. Mike, the owner, is easy to communicate with. We’ll-stocked kitchen and nicely-updated master bath. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Palm Desert.

We really enjoyed staying in our 3/3 unit. Very good furnishings and kitchen needs, and plenty of good time for relaxing and spending time in the hot tub. Loved watching the golfers come down to the green just in back of us. We will be back!

We have a beautiful little granddaughter six years old,a 3 year old grandson and a newborn grandson. We also have a Shepard and mastiff mix dog named Mia.

Why they chose this property

We stayed with some friends in Palm Valley several years ago and fell in love. We came back to look around Palm Springs and visited many great places but none like Palm Valley. We new it was home by the end of our stay.

What makes this property unique

Its a great walk or bike ride to shopping or a restaurant for lunch after a morning of golf or tennis.There is two bikes to use at your leisure.
