About this property

Point Royale-Walk to Pools*Ping Pong*Arcade

If you are coming to Branson your must stay in Point Royale. Our 3 bed/3 bath condo is in a prime location. Not only is it minutes to the Branson strip, Silver Dollar City and Table Top Lake but we are located directly across the street from the country club. You are able to walk to the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, golf, pickleball courts, the gym and restaurant/bars.
Our condo includes 3 bedrooms with a comfortable king bed in each room. The upstairs bedroom also includes 2 twin roll out beds. There is 3 full baths that include towels, soaps and shampoos. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, mixing bowls, blender, spices and odds and ends. A fully stocked coffee bar is also ready to get your morning started.
We offer TV's in each room with cable and streaming available. Out upstairs TV is set up to watch a huge variety of DVD's. Our fully screened in porch is set up with a ping pong table and a few chairs to enjoy.
Our living room includes comfortable couches to gather and relax and to enjoy a smart TV. Board games are there to gather at our dining room table. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
It is such a wonderful privilege to host you and your family to create wonderful memories.

Great experience start to finish! Owner Jan had good communication with prompt response. Unit was clean, beds were comfy, and amenities were very nice. Golf resort facility provides nice surroundings and a great clubhouse with pool and restaurant. (P.S. The restaurant has good pizza and they deliver too!)

Nice Golf Course & Amenities Near Condo

Our stay at the condo was great. Our older teens enjoyed the ping pong table and board games. We utilized the gym and played golf. The condo was conveniently located with only a short drive to most attractions.

Perfect for our family!

This property was perfect for our group! The bedrooms were so comfortable and spacious. The upstairs bedroom was huge and gave our grandkids a great space away from the adults when they wanted to watch cartoons and play. The ping pong table on the covered deck was a huge hit. Kitchen was well stocked and the coffee station was much appreciated. The indoor pool was a great way to wind up a busy day. This will be our go to place when visiting Branson!

Great Branson condo

It was a great place to stay, our condo was clean and decorated nicely. Parking was plentiful. There was a well equipped kitchen.We had lots a fun things to do. Good assortment of games and the screened in porch offered us a ping pong table which the kids and dads loved. There was a beautiful indoor pool. Shout out to the guard shack, extremely friendly helpful gentlemen. We will be back soon to visit this place again.

We enjoyed our time in Branson at this condo. It is on the third level so if stairs are trouble for you, be aware. It was fine for us. The condo was very well stocked! The ping pong table on the deck was used many times! And nice selection of games available for us all week. It is nicely located right across from the clubhouse which has pickle ball courts and a pool. The indoor pool was nice and was not ever crowded when we were there. Overall, highly recommend this condo.

A wonderful space for families

We had a fantastic stay at Jan’s condo—it was truly the perfect home base for our family vacation! With six of us, space was important, and the condo delivered. It was spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and the beds were all very comfortable. The addition of rollaway beds was a thoughtful touch that added flexibility to our sleeping arrangements.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially loved the convenient coffee bar each morning. Our family had a blast with the ping pong table and the selection of board games—plenty of entertainment for everyone.The location couldn’t have been better. Branson’s top attractions, including the Strip and Silver Dollar City, were just a short 10-minute drive away. Even better, the clubhouse, pool, restaurant, fitness center, and tiki bar were directly across the street, so we could walk over without the hassle of piling into the car—especially convenient with kids in tow.We also appreciated the gated entrance and 24/7 security, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The on-site golf course was well maintained and made for an enjoyable round, and the restaurant at the clubhouse was both quick and delicious—they even delivered right to the condo! The tiki bar by the pool, serving pizzas and drinks until 10 p.m., was the perfect way to wind down after a full day.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return.
