Downtown you’ll find unique shops & great eateries! The Coop is a stand-alone property with private, off-street parking. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, Master w/King size mattress with Smart TV, washer & dryer with ironing board & iron, living area has Smart 50"+TV above the fireplace.

The Cozy Coop Cottage was perfect for our Branson trip. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and the shops at The Landing. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well-stocked and even included a good supply of coffee...a plus for me. I would highly recommend this property.

Can walk downtown and to the landing without a problem. Would recommend. Regarding rating: It wanted me on the rate the property page to rate the pool There is no pool, which is why I gave it a 1 star...it just doesn't exist. But there isn't an option for non-applicable.
