VERY CLEAN. SPACIOUS LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN. ACCESSIBLE TO MAIN ROADS. WE HAD A VERY RELAXING STAY. BEST PART WAS NO ONE UPSTAIRS, DOWNSTAIRS OR BESIDE US! PARKED AND WENT RIGHT IN. NO LOOKING FOR A PARKING SPACE OR CARRYING OUR LUGGAGE UPSTAIRS OR DOWN A HALL! WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!
Clean and fresh. The house was the perfect size for our family of 3. Everything functioned as it should and location was great. Parking at the house is excellent.
Very close walking distance to everything 'Branson Landing'.. perfect spot just away enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk there.. even my 7 year old could handle the walking lol
We chose to stay at the cottage a second time because of the location to Branson Landing, its cost, its cleanliness and amenities. We love the quietness even though it is in downtown. We fell in love with it last year in our first trip and decided this will be where we stay when we come to Branson.
This cottage was just what we needed! It’s such a cute cottage and located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here. If we make it back to Branson we’ll stay here again!
This was the perfect little house for us, it has everything you need. Bonus..{ King bed },, parking in back of the house with entrance front and back. Close to down town. It made our 5 day stay so enjoyable and convenient. We would definitely stay again
This precious little house was exactly what we were hoping for! It was quiet and very comfortable and spotless. The owners were so easy to work with and readily available for questions or concerns. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the little glider out front and listening to the Mockingbirds serenade us ! We would most definitely stay here again!!!
The best part of this place is the location. We walked to Branson’s landing a few times each day. The parking was more than enough for two vehicles. It’s so close to everything. Catch the trolley a block down the street. It was perfect.
The cozy coup is in walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. Had a problem with the front door not locking and called the owner. She was very pleasant and had her handyman there within 45 minutes to take care of the problem. Without question I would stay here again.
Over all, everything was good . The bed was comfortable. If you have mobility issues or if your short, you might have problems getting in and out of the shower.
Were there for a car event at the convention center. Saved over half staying here instead of the hilton. This house is only a few blocks from the middle of everything! It was perfect!
My husband and I just stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed ourselves. This one bedroom, one bathroom house is cozy and clean, and is perfect for two people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy king-sized bed, and a washer and dryer. The best part for us was the fact that it was within walking distance to the tons of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in and around Branson Landing. We would definitely stay here again!
Nice little house, comfortable bed, clean & very well placed. One issue was a keyless entry is needed at the back door where you park, it’s difficult when it’s dark getting around the house to the front.
We have stayed here 7or 7 times, I think. The only place I stay in Branson now. I do wish it had just a shower, hard to step into the tub now that my knees are bad.

Pictures need updated
Although we enjoyed our experience while there, we were disappointed that the pictures shown in the site didn’t reflect what the house looked like on the outside. If I hadn’t already booked the reservation I would not have stayed there based on that. The tree was over grown so you couldn’t see the sign, the metal rooster in the yard is falling over and faded and the yard was full of weeds. Thankfully the inside was very nice but the furniture in the listing was different than what was in the house.
Cute little place to stay. Loved the location in downtown Branson, was so peaceful and quiet. Even had a groundhog outside a couple days, so cute 😃. Perfect place for a couple, had all you need.
