The communication with Sweetgrass prior to our arrival was exceptional. The location of the home and the space for our group was perfect. I shared with the host several opportunities for improvement for a property of this level. I’m hopeful that they and the home owner will take it in the spirit intended.

Great Property

We really loved the property. It was very roomy and had lots of outdoor spaces. Everything needed was included, plenty of kitchen pots, pans, appliances and utensils. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful as well. It was a little further from the ocean than we thought it would be, but you still get a view. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. We were a family of 14 including children and everyone of us had a wonderful time. We had to reach out to the property manager for one small issue and it was immediately taken care of. Gorgeous house. Thank you for a wonderful memories

Cousins’ Weekend 2024

This is a terrific property! It was beautifully maintained inside and out. The property is very quiet and secluded by natural brush. We found the accommodations excellent and well stocked upon our arrival. The only issues to note were a problem with the hot tub that was out of commission for 48 hours but quickly fixed on a Monday morning. Weird no-vendor rules on the island on a Sunday. The management team was very responsive to our service call sending local folks out to repair the issue, but alas, they were not successful. Note the Wi-Fi is not very reliable in the house nor outside the house. That was a little frustrating.
