The house in itself was a perfect place for my family to be together for a weekend wedding. I loved the backyard where my grandchildren played. I felt like I was home. Thank you for sharing it, I absolutely loved it.

Host was very friendly and helpful the night of our check in. We arrived later than planned due to snow and sleet during our travels. We had to contact our host very late at night for help. She was so sweet and kind even though I woke her up. The home was cozy and very clean. Lots of room. It had everything we needed for our stay. There were seven people in my group and there were plenty of beds and rooms. Plenty of hot water even with 7 people showering within a small amount of time. Nice quiet neighborhood. I didn’t get to meet the neighbor, but he shoveled the snow from the driveway and walkway. Home stayed warm even with the cold temperatures during our stay. had a great stay and enjoyed the home.

Clean and well decorated house. kitchen was fully set up with appliances, and the "welcome" basket of treats and bottled water was appreciated. Ground coffee and filters that were provided made first morning easy.

This was a very nice home. It was very clean and a wonderful yard. The ad said five bedrooms and an office with pull out sofa. There were only four bedrooms and the office with the pullout sofa. We had to purchase sheets for this bed as there were none for it. The towels were still the dryer when we arrived and there was only one wash cloth.

Perfect for celebration of life

Burried my Mother and Father and had a celebration of life at my Aunts house around the corner. It was perefect for all the cousins to spend time together and a great yard for my brothers therapy dog to hang out in. Would highly recommend. Great communication with host as well.

Family House

This house was very nice, we loved the property, very comfortable for a family of 10 max, very big back yard with patio furniture and grill. Extra parking space and close to grocery stores. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice.The host was very respectful and responsive to all of our concerns and made our stay feel like we were in our own home.TV in the room wasn’t working at the time and some maintenance repair need to be done but we were fine with it because we just wanted to be in family time with no tv needed. Also it was New Year’s Eve so we understand it’s hard to get things done and repair at the time of our stay, this happens in all Vrbo properties.

The property was as described. However, the tv in the 1st floor family room did not work. the refrigerator door was hard to open. the cleaning left a lot to be desired as master bedroom lamps were dusty, upstairs bathroom had mold in the corner. The pots and pans were sticky and when cooking stuff came off the bottom of them

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve had on VRBO! The property was immaculate—spotlessly clean—and beautifully designed with every detail carefully thought out. Notice of Violation - Town of Hempstead

To begin, there was a Notice of Violation taped to the front door of the house upon our arrival which indicated that this property is not permitted for use. I contacted the owner and asked if I could send a picture of the notice so that they could address it. They sent me the following email address exactly as follows: ----@--------.--- I responded and said the email address was just dashes, they said, ok, no problem, just leave the notice and they will look at it upon our departure. I called the number listed on the Violation, which was the Department of Buildings - Town of Hempstead. They indicated to me that this property is not permitted to be used as a Vrbo. We booked this Vrbo for our granddaughter's Baptism and were appalled to find out that this property, according to the town of Hempstead, is not permitted to use this property in this manner. The owner of the property was not concerned in the least and did not address the violation. We are cooperating with the Department of Buildings - Town of Hempstead and giving them whatever information we have. This is obviously the most egregious of issues, but the house was missing lightbulbs in lamps, switches were broken off the lamps, bedroom doors would not shut, nor latch. There was not enough bed sheets to cover the amount of beds listed in the advertisement. There was dirty linens that had stains (appeared to be urine) on them and blood on the towels. -- I have run out of room to address all the issues...

Greg was absolutely by far the worst guest we have ever had. We have been in this hospitality business for several years, hosting a whole range of individuals. This is the first time we encountered such an individual. Grey resulted in trying to extort us in order get a free stay. Grey and his group enjoyed their stay. Not ONCE during his stay did he reach out to us with any issues with his accommodation. Grey made threats and resulted to extortion to obtain a free stay when I refuse, he decided to call the building department as well as made false and unfounded post. This is one individual I would NOT recommend at your house.
