Great and Convenient Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The weather was a little chilly but the way the pool is situated made it to where we could enjoy the pool even when the beach was too cold. Apartment was clean and it was plenty of space.

Spring Break Family Trip

Been staying at Village by the Beach for the last 7 years. First time in this unit and we loved it. Clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Perfect location within the complex. Front porch is 6 feet from one of the pool entrance gates. We will definitely book this unit in the future if available.

Family Time

Great location close to the ocean.Cleaning crew has hands full keeping sand out of everything so well.Bunkbeds could use a topper, but king was awesome. Tv in main bedroom did not work. Not all remotes had batteries. I bought some.

The unit is very pretty and the pictures are very accurate. My ONLY complaint about our stay was that the kitchen and provided amenities were sparse. Most of the units we've stayed at in this area have beach toys in a closet, extra towels, cooking spray, or other things that have been either provided by the owner or left behind by previous guests. To be completely fair though, they did send us emails before our stay with a list of recommended items to bring and what is included in the unit. Just take that list seriously and bring anything extra that you want to have! Other than that, it's a great unit in a great location. We really enjoyed it.
