Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Siesta Key after visiting with our children during spring break in 2010. We decided to buy a condo at Beachaven to establish a family retreat in the sun! Beachaven is within walking distance of Siesta Key Village and just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and various shopping options.
